1. Introduction
Eximtech respects the importance of handling business and personal information transparently. This notice applies to visitors using the Eximtech website, its contact experience and the Trade Digitalization Assessment.
This is a general transparency notice and does not claim that one legal framework applies to every visitor or interaction.
2. Who Operates Eximtech
Eximtech is a specialized trade-technology initiative of PT Inet Teknologi Indonesia. Eximtech is presented as a focused business identity and not as a separate incorporated legal entity.
Learn more on the PT Inet Teknologi Indonesia relationship page.
3. Information We May Collect
The contact form collects only the information needed to understand and respond to a business enquiry.
Required enquiry information
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Primary challenge
Optional enquiry information
- Position or role
- Business type
- Project timeline
- Current system or technology environment
- Message
Ordinary technical request information may also be processed by the website or its hosting infrastructure as described below.
4. Information You Should Not Submit
Do not submit passwords, credentials, access tokens, private keys, confidential financial data, sensitive documents, private endpoints or information that is not reasonably necessary for an initial business enquiry.
If a later discussion requires sensitive material, an appropriate and separately agreed channel should be established first.
5. How Information May Be Used
Enquiry information may be used to:
- respond to the enquiry;
- understand the stated business requirement or operational context;
- communicate about a requested discussion;
- protect the website and enquiry process against misuse; and
- maintain limited operational records where reasonably necessary.
The website does not currently claim to use automated profiling, marketing automation or automated decision-making for enquiries.
6. Contact and Enquiry Processing
Contact submissions are sent to a Next.js server endpoint for validation, request constraints and anti-abuse checks. Accepted enquiries are routed by an approved source category and delivered through configured SMTP infrastructure to the appropriate Eximtech mailbox.
This phase does not store leads in an application database or CRM and does not add marketing automation. Email systems and mailbox operations may retain delivered enquiries as described in the retention section.
7. Trade Digitalization Assessment
The Trade Digitalization Assessment operates in browser state. Assessment answers are not persisted by Eximtech, transmitted to Eximtech or placed in the page URL. Scores are calculated deterministically in the browser.
If a visitor continues to Contact after completing the assessment, only a general source value identifies that the assessment was used. Detailed answers and scores are not included in that URL or sent to Eximtech.
8. Technical and Server Information
Depending on the production hosting and security configuration, infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, request time, requested resource and server or security logs.
The contact endpoint may use a limited request identifier derived from available network headers for short-window abuse protection. Process-local rate-limit records do not contain the enquiry body and expire according to the active server process. Technical information may otherwise be used for delivery, reliability, troubleshooting and protection against misuse.
9. Cookies and Analytics
The current website does not implement non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, application tracking cookies, local storage or session storage for visitor tracking. It therefore does not currently present a cookie consent banner.
If analytics, advertising technology or other non-essential tracking is introduced later, Eximtech will review the notice and any consent requirements before relying on that technology.
10. Service Providers and Processors
Website hosting, infrastructure, security, SMTP, email or other communications providers may process limited information on behalf of PT Inet Teknologi Indonesia where they are used to operate the website or respond to enquiries.
No database, CRM, analytics or marketing-automation provider is introduced by the production contact phase. Material provider changes should be reflected in the applicable operational documentation and privacy review.
11. International Data Handling
Eximtech serves internationally oriented businesses. Depending on the infrastructure and providers used, information may be processed in a jurisdiction different from the visitor’s location. This notice does not claim that all information remains in Indonesia or that an international transfer occurs in every case.
Any relevant international handling should be assessed against the actual production architecture and applicable requirements.
12. Data Retention
Enquiry information, including delivered email records, should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relevant business communication and meet limited operational, legal or security needs.
Information that is no longer needed should not be retained indefinitely. Specific retention periods may be documented once production processes and responsibilities are defined.
13. Information Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures should be applied according to the nature of the website, the information involved and the production systems used. Access should be limited to people and providers with an appropriate operational need.
No internet transmission, website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive information through an initial enquiry.
14. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a person may be able to request information about relevant processing, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction, objection to certain uses, or another available privacy remedy.
Requests may require reasonable verification and may be limited where retention or processing remains necessary for legitimate operational, legal or security reasons. This notice does not provide legal advice.
15. External Links
The website may link to external websites or services. Their operators control their own content and information practices. Visitors should review the applicable notices before providing information to an external service.
16. Changes to This Notice
This notice may be updated when website functionality, enquiry processing, providers or applicable responsibilities change. The published version should describe the behavior in effect at that time.
17. Contact Regarding Privacy
No separate privacy mailbox is published. Privacy questions may be sent through the Eximtech Contact page and are routed to the approved general Eximtech mailbox.
A successful on-screen confirmation means the configured mail transport accepted the enquiry. If the page reports a delivery failure, the visitor should not assume the request was sent.
